Qualification:
 Educational Qualification :The candidate applying for the Jobs in Bank has to be a citizen of India. Degree of Graduation / Any equal qualification from a recognized and well known University or an Institute that is related to Banking is a must and it should be recognized by the Government of India. Now, The graduation degree is required to apply for the post of clerk in the bank, first it was 10+2. The specialist degree like CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance), Law and other specialist degree according to the nature of the post of specialist officers is required in Bank Govt Jobs
Candidate must be either a:

  1)  Citizen of India or
   2)  Subject of Nepal or
   3) Subject of Bhutan or
   4)  Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with intention of permanently settling in India or
   5) person of Indian origin who migrate from Uganda, Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with intention of permanently settling in India.
   6) Candidate belonging to categories (II), (III), (IV) & (V) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India.

Written Examination: Anyone with the minimum age of 18 years and maximum of 26 years having the required degree is eligible for appearing in the written test.
